Favorite Breastfeeding Benefit

One of the most rewarding things about breastfeeding for me was knowing that my breastmilk was tailor-made for my babies to meet their individual needs. Knowing that their immune systems were getting strengthened and that this would continue to benefit them throughout their lives made any obstacle I faced seem worth it.
